1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Trace Anything ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Trace Anything is a mobile application that provides image processing and tracing features. The App allows you to:

  • Select and process images from your device
  • Apply edge detection and tracing effects
  • Use camera features for real-time tracing
  • Access premium features through in-app subscriptions

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts and Subscriptions

4.1 Free Usage

The App may offer limited free usage. The specific terms of free usage are subject to change at our discretion.

4.2 Subscriptions

Premium features are available through in-app subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

  • Pay the subscription fee as displayed at the time of purchase
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Price changes with 30 days notice

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App to create content that is defamatory, offensive, or harmful

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Trace Anything and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any images or content you create using the App. However, by using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and improvement purposes.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRACE ANYTHING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trace Anything and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law
